About The Founder
Hi! I’m Julianne Autry. I have over 26 years of experience as a corporate financial analyst and as a financial manager. I got laid off in 2008 which changed my life. I founded my first business, Southwest Bookkeepers to meet the financial and bookkeeping needs of business owners. After 11 years, I made the natural move to offer higher-level services like CFO advisory services and consulting services. The new company Financial Foothold was born. I graduated in 1993 from Chico State University with a BS in Accounting. After becoming a widow at a young age, I relocated to Lakeway, Texas where I currently live with my family. In my free time, if I’m not traveling, I’m relaxing by the pool or on the lake spending time outdoors with friends and family.
He is now available on a fractional basis to help Financial Foothold's clients match their capital-raising goals to their spending goals, optimizing for cash management, equity returns and financial sustainability.
Kevin is a Chief Financial Officer with experience in both public and private equity companies in manufacturing, oilfield services, and engineering environments. Demonstrated expertise and accomplishments encompass all aspects of financial management, compliance, and reporting.
Valued for ability to partner with business leaders to set and exceed targeted operational and financial goals. Recognized for ability to develop and deliver finance related training programs to all levels. Kevin holds a BBA from Texas A&M University in Accounting, SLB Advanced Finance Program from Wharton Business School and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
Operations & HR Director
Michelle currently has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Accounting. Michelle has two Master’s Degrees, one Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Management and Leadership from Liberty University, a second Master’s Degree in Human Service Counseling with a specialization in Business also from Liberty University. Michelle completed her Doctoral Degree in Business Administration specializing in Management at North Central University in April 2021. Michelle believes in the importance of positive thinking, employee collaboration, effective communication, and team unity in the workplace. Michelle is married to her husband David and they have seven children and currently five granddaughters. In Michelle’s spare time she loves spending time with her family and friends, going to Church, singing, reading, and working out. Michelle is excited about getting to work with each and every one at Financial Foothold and to help cohesively continue to build on the amazing legacy, heart, and compassion of Julianne’s mission and vision at Financial Foothold.
Meliza holds a degree in Business Administration and Accountancy. She is also a Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of experience. She has worked with Ernst & Young, one of the Big 4 Accounting firms, in auditing real estate companies. Meliza has spent majority of her career in the fast moving consumer goods industry having progressive finance roles across multinational companies.
Her expertise is in helping businesses craft strategic plans and financial goals, and serves as a guardian to reach company KPIs. She has also partnered with multiple US ecommerce startups and helped them scale and expand in other international countries and venture into retail. In her personal time, Meliza loves to travel with family and friends, read books, and take care of her four dogs.
Lead Accounting Supervisor
April has over 7 years combined experience of external audit in a Big Four and bookkeeping. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and halfway of becoming a US Certified Management Accountant.
She loves investigation and solving issues. In her spare time, she teaches music and leads young people in the Church.
Patricia has over 25 years of corporate finance in the hi-tech and natural gas industries. In 2005, Patricia opened her own retail business in Georgetown, Texas, and still oversees daily operations, including all bookkeeping, payroll and tax responsibilities.
She graduated in 1991 from Texas A&M University with a BS in Accounting. Patricia can bring valuable knowledge of small business to the team and her clients. She has passed the Advanced Certification of QuickBooks Online. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and watching college football.
Dennice has over thirteen years of experience in bookkeeping and finance functions in different industries. She graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.
She used to work in the hospitality industry as an Accountant in one of the 4-star chains of hotels in Malaysia. She loves running, hiking, and reading during her free time.
Dana joined our team in 2011. She has completed the Advanced Certification in QuickBooks Online. She graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting.
After that, she spent four years working for Ernst & Young and then an additional 7 years working in private industry. She left the private industry to raise her two daughters. She and her family have lived in Austin for 24 years. In her free time, she enjoys working out, running and reading.
Pauline is also a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, is well versed in QuickBooks and Xero and has earned her Xero Advisor Certification. She does outreach activities, leisure reading and a bit of travelling when time permits.
Jillian, originally grew up in New York but moved to Richmond, Virginia for college. She received her BA in Arts Management and started her career working for a non-profit theatre and worked her way up to Accounting Manager.
She has also been a full charge bookkeeper and payroll support for a few companies in the Richmond Virginia area. She has passed her QuickBooks Online Certification. This year she got married and moved to Memphis, TN with her husband. In her spare time, she loves to cook, explore her new city and spend time with her husband and dog. She is very excited to be a part of the Financial Foothold team!
She worked as a Veterinary Technician for 9 years, but has decided to pursue her Bookkeeping Career. She is soon to be married to her fiancé Zach, a mother to her son Ryker and daughter Skylar. She has started a small children’s boutique, which she runs in her spare time, along with spending time with her family. She is very excited to be apart of the Financial Foothold team!
She is also currently enrolled in the College of Law in the hopes of fulfilling her dream of becoming a CPA Lawyer. For leisure, she finds the most comfort whenever she’s outdoors. She enjoys exploring different coffee shops and hanging out with friends and family over a few drinks. She also appreciates her alone time by running laps in local parks and driving around the city at night.
Jeric graduated in 2017 at Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He has over 4 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting and finance.
He spent his first 2 years working with Ernst & Young, handling local and international clients in various industries such as real estate and manufacturing. He then used his experties in bookkeeping and finance when he transferred to a private company where he helps with the accounting of books, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting. In his leisure time, he enjoys watching movies and playing video games with his family.
My name is Lacey Lytal. I have over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll services. I have primarily worked in CPA firms as a full charge bookkeeper for multiple industries including dental practices, retail, manufacturing, and small businesses.
I will soon graduate from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with my bachelor’s degree. When I am not working or going to school, you can find me spending time with my family at the ball field.
My name is Cat, born and raised in New York but I recently moved to New Jersey with my fiance and dog. I have worked over 10 years in the Finance Industry, graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
I have obtained a Certification on QuickBooks Online. I have worked with various industries from Engineering to Entertainment and used several financial software systems such as QBO, Yardi, ADP, Gusto, Clockify, Bill.com and much more! I love any opportunity I get to explore my creative side and make things with my hands. I am happy to have joined the Financial Foothold team!
