Tony advises start-ups in all industries using his 30 years of experience in both the finance and legal disciplines to help companies grow and founders reach their goals.
His experience includes working with CPG, SaaS, subscription retail, manufacturing and service companies, and over 20 years with Shell in a wide variety of finance and legal roles.
During his career, Tony has been CFO, Treasurer, Controller, FP&A Manager, M&A Consultant and Attorney. His capital optimization experience includes cash management, general debt financing, factoring, asset backed loans, revolvers, commercial paper programs and other forms of raising money. Along with his capital markets knowledge, he has expertise in business plan generation, forecasting, accounting and financial planning and analysis. Tony holds a JD (Magna Cum Laude) from South Texas College of Law, an MBA (Finance) from Eastern Kentucky and a BBA (Industrial Administration) from the University of Kentucky. He also completed the Shell Executive Leadership Program at Wharton Business School.
Mehlam Bhiwandiwala advises early and mid-stage companies on organic growth, fundraising, expansion and exit planning.
He has worked in Software (SaaS), Computer Hardware and Services businesses. Mehlam enjoys working with CPG companies and has served as Virtual CFO and Investor at several early-stage CPG companies. He spent 6 years at Dell in a variety of leadership and Individual Contributor roles and 2 years at KPMG in the Assurance & Advisory practice.
Mehlam holds a BBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Houston.

Kevin holds a BBA from Texas A&M University in Accounting, SLB Advanced Finance Program from Wharton Business School and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
Andrea graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She has been doing bookkeeping for 6 years now with various companies ranging from doctors and lawyers to construction or manufacturing businesses. She is well versed in QuickBooks and has completed the Advanced Certification in QuickBooks Online. She has two daughters and enjoys eating healthy, and doing projects around her house.
Nicole has 16 years of administrative experience. She has a B.A. in Business Administration and she’s an AssistU certified Virtual Assistant. She handles HR and administrative work. She loves collaborating with the team and customers to get the job done and helping with continued growth and improvement of the company. For fun, she reads, spends time in nature and spends time with her 2 great kids Destiny and J.P.
Dana joined our team in 2011. She has completed the Advanced Certification in QuickBooks Online. After graduating from Georgia State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting, she spent four years working for Ernst & Young. After that, she spent 7 years working in private industry. She left the private industry to raise her two daughters. She and her family have lived in Austin for 24 years. In her free time, she enjoys working out, running and reading.
Chelsea grew up in a small town in Nevada. She moved to Las Vegas after high school and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. For the past 10 years, she has spent time working in both public and private financial services. She has experience in filing corporate tax returns and managing the day-to-day bookkeeping needs of clients. She has passed the Advanced Certification of QuickBooks Online. Her family recently relocated to South Texas. In her spare time, she is usually at the gym or spending time with her husband and three children who love to ride horses and do anything outside.
Patricia has over 25 years of corporate finance in the hi-tech and natural gas industries. In 2005, Patricia opened her own retail business in Georgetown, Texas, and still oversees daily operations, including all bookkeeping, payroll and tax responsibilities. She graduated in 1991 from Texas A&M University with a BS in Accounting. Patricia can bring valuable knowledge of small business to the team and her clients. She has passed the Advanced Certification of QuickBooks Online. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and watching college football.
