About the founder

Hi! I’m Julianne Autry. I have over 26 years of experience as a corporate financial analyst and as a financial manager. I got laid off in 2008 which changed my life. I founded my first business, Southwest Bookkeepers to meet the financial and bookkeeping needs of business owners. After 11 years, I made the natural move to offer higher-level services like CFO advisory services and tax-related services. The new company Financial Foothold was born. I graduated in 1993 from Chico State University with a BS in Accounting. After becoming a widow at a young age, I relocated to Lakeway, Texas where I currently live with my family. In my free time, if I’m not traveling, I’m relaxing by the pool or on the lake spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Tony Nolte

Lead Fractional CFO

Tony advises start-ups in all industries using his 30 years of experience in both the finance and legal disciplines to help companies grow and founders reach their goals.

His experience includes working with CPG, SaaS, subscription retail, manufacturing and service companies, and over 20 years with Shell in a wide variety of finance and legal roles.

During his career, Tony has been CFO, Treasurer, Controller, FP&A Manager, M&A Consultant and Attorney. His capital optimization experience includes cash management, general debt financing, factoring, asset backed loans, revolvers, commercial paper programs and other forms of raising money. Along with his capital markets knowledge, he has expertise in business plan generation, forecasting, accounting and financial planning and analysis.  Tony holds a JD (Magna Cum Laude) from South Texas College of Law, an MBA (Finance) from Eastern Kentucky and a BBA (Industrial Administration) from the University of Kentucky. He also completed the Shell Executive Leadership Program at Wharton Business School.


Mehlam Bhiwandiwala


Mehlam Bhiwandiwala advises early and mid-stage companies on organic growth, fundraising, expansion and exit planning.

He has worked in Software (SaaS), Computer Hardware and Services businesses. Mehlam enjoys working with CPG companies and has served as Virtual CFO and Investor at several early-stage CPG companies. He spent 6 years at Dell in a variety of leadership and Individual Contributor roles and 2 years at KPMG in the Assurance & Advisory practice.

Mehlam holds a BBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Houston.

Kevin holds a BBA from Texas A&M University in Accounting, SLB Advanced Finance Program from Wharton Business School and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.


Andrea Flores

Staff Accountant

Andrea graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She has been doing bookkeeping for 6 years now with various companies ranging from doctors and lawyers to construction or manufacturing businesses. She is well versed in QuickBooks and has completed the Advanced Certification in QuickBooks Online. She has two daughters and enjoys eating healthy, and doing projects around her house.

Nicole Denison

Virtual Admin

Nicole has 16 years of administrative experience. She has a B.A. in Business Administration and she’s an AssistU certified Virtual Assistant. She handles HR and administrative work. She loves collaborating with the team and customers to get the job done and helping with continued growth and improvement of the company. For fun, she reads, spends time in nature and spends time with her 2 great kids Destiny and J.P. 

Dana Warwick

Staff Accountant

Dana joined our team in 2011. She has completed the Advanced Certification in QuickBooks Online. After graduating from Georgia State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting, she spent four years working for Ernst & Young. After that, she spent 7 years working in private industry. She left the private industry to raise her two daughters. She and her family have lived in Austin for 24 years. In her free time, she enjoys working out, running and reading.


Pauline Turiano

Staff Accountant

Pauline has over 5 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration majored in Financial Accounting and is currently working on getting her Juris Doctor degree. She is also a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, is well versed in QuickBooks and Xero and has earned her Xero Advisor Certification. She does outreach activities, leisure reading and a bit of travelling when time permits.

Patricia Crampton

Senior Accountant

Patricia has over 25 years of corporate finance in the hi-tech and natural gas industries. In 2005, Patricia opened her own retail business in Georgetown, Texas, and still oversees daily operations, including all bookkeeping, payroll and tax responsibilities. She graduated in 1991 from Texas A&M University with a BS in Accounting. Patricia can bring valuable knowledge of small business to the team and her clients.  She has passed the Advanced Certification of QuickBooks Online. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and watching college football.

Jillian Porcelli

Staff Accountant

Jillian, originally grew up in New York but moved to Richmond, Virginia for college.  She received her BA in Arts Management and started her career working for a non-profit theatre and worked her way up to Accounting Manager.  She has also been a full charge bookkeeper and payroll support for a few companies in the Richmond Virginia area.  She has passed her QuickBooks Online Certification.  This year she got married and moved to Memphis, TN with her husband.  In her spare time, she loves to cook, explore her new city and spend time with her husband and dog.  She is very excited to be a part of the Financial Foothold team!

Katrina Prohibido

Staff Accountant

Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree and is a Certified Public Accountant.  She is also a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor, Xero Advisor and a Licensed Financial Consultant.  She has more than 5 years of competitive experience in different areas of accounting such as Auditing, Taxation, Financial Statement Preparation, Budgeting and Forecasting and Private Equity Fund Administration. In her free time, she loves exploring different cuisines, travelling, and spending time with her family especially with her two daughters. She is very honored to be part of the Financial Foothold team!
